2. Greenville Auction Center reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time and to change the make up of any lot offered before the lot is sold.

3. All property is sold "as is".

4. The Auctioneer will acknowledge the highest bidder to be the purchaser. In the event there is a dispute between the bidders, the Auctioneer shall have the right to determine the successful bidder, or to re-offer and re-sell the article in dispute.

5. If the Auctioneer, in his discretion, decides that any original bid is not commensurate with the value of the article offered, or having acknowledged an original bid, that any advance thereafter is not of sufficient amount, he may reject the same.

6. No items purchased at the Auction are to be removed until payment is made in full.

7. The Auctioneer or representative may act on behalf of absentee bidders; that is, bids left on particular items by non-attendees who wish to participate as bidders/buyers in the auction.

8. Greenville Auction Center reserves the right to ask any person or group of people to leave the auction if it is deemed that said person or group of people is acting in any manner that the auction company deems is detrimental to the auction company.
